For our B2B textile business, where we work with many retailers, brands, and wholesale partners, having reliable, GDPR-clean contact and interaction data is critical. I really value its relationship intelligence; it surfaces hidden connections and engagement patterns we wouldn’t see otherwise, which helps us approach prospects warmer and strengthen existing client relationships. The data enrichment for smaller, regional European textile businesses and family-run retailers isn’t always as thorough as it is for large corporations. Some local suppliers and smaller clients don’t get fully enriched profiles. Customization for industry-specific fields (like fabric product interests, order volume history, or sustainability certification preferences) takes extra setup and doesn’t always map cleanly into our CRM without manual tweaking.
